Brenner Children’s will again receive support from Spirit of Halloween’s annual Spirit of Children fundraising initiative, which has provided more than $275,000 over the past 12 years for child life programs at Brenner.
Through its Spirit of Children program, founded in 2007, Spirit of Halloween has raised more than $93 million for more than 150 partner children’s hospitals across the US and Canada. Spirit of Halloween donates 100% of all funds collected each year to their partner hospital child life departments, providing developmental, educational and therapeutic support to children undergoing medical treatment.
Such support is critical to the Brenner Children’s Child Life Department, with donor support and charitable giving providing nearly 100% of what the department makes available to patients in services, supplies and gifts.
