Brian Vannoy, CRC, is Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer of Allegacy Federal Credit Union. He also serves as Managing Director of Allegacy Services, LLC, a credit union service organization (“CUSO”), wholly-owned by Allegacy Federal Credit Union.
Vannoy has over 30 years of experience in financial services, of which 20 have been spent in North Carolina. He joined the credit union movement and Allegacy in July 2015, bringing experience and expertise in all retail and commercial banking facets. Throughout his financial services career, he has worked closely with various regulatory authorities, ensuring safety and soundness as well as regulatory compliance in all facets of lending.
Vannoy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marietta College in Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and finance, where he was also a McDonough Leadership Scholar. He is a 2009 Leadership Winston-Salem graduate and earned the Credit Risk Certification (CRC) and the Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management (CUERME) designation. Since joining the credit union movement, Vannoy has also completed the CUES CEO Institute. He currently serves on the board of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.
Quintin Williams is a leader in the staffing industry having spent his entire 18-year professional career with Debbie’s Staffing. In his current role as the Chief Operating Officer for Debbie’s Staffing, he is responsible for oversight and success of twenty-five branch and onsite locations across six states.
Williams is a member of the Greater Winston Salem Inc. Board of Directors. He also serves on the board for Allegacy Federal Credit Union, the Winston Salem Police Foundation, and is a member of the Wake Forest University HOF Selection Committee and the Winston Salem Sportsmen’s Club, a non-profit organization promoting scholarship and athletic achievement within Winston Salem/Forsyth County.
Williams resides in Winston Salem with his wife Mayra and two daughters Khloe and Alaia. He has a passion for education and giving back to the community, serving as a dedicated volunteer for Senior Academy within Winston Salem Forsyth County Schools.
Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and an MBA from High Point University.
